He won't notice they aren't doing anything unless they hit him, which will be hard FRA, as will the fact that by the time Karna starts fighting Garou after he has started adapting he will be at a point to one hot him

No he can definitely do that, he became High 6A just by fighting a bit and the only High 6A in verse was Saitama and Boros who he didn't fight until he became that strong
