You're putting a swordsman that focuses on endurance and raw power that can shoot energy slices against Kaori. I'm having a strong feeling of deja vu here.
Kanzaki wins this mid diff, she has the advantage of skill, experience, intelligence and is a lot more versatile. Ichigo doesn't have a counter for Yuisen, or for being immobilized with Nanasen for a second or two, giving ample time for Kanzaki to cut off his heads if she's close enough; or a 360º magic bombardment while he's simultaneously attacked with a sword.¡. Kanzaki can always pull back, hide with magic and use healing magic to patch up minor injuries before returning to the fight. If Ichigo tries to stay in the air away from her she can use St. Peter's spell to drop him to the ground and finish him off, or she can improvise her own flying spell.

Yuisen will be banned since it's 7-A versions.
Anyway I'll give this to Ichigo via pure power aoe spam. Also Ichigo unlocked his blut vene in this form, if he uses it Kanzaki won't be able to scratch him.

People should start realizing Yuisen it's not a version or transformation, it's a regular technique. If you're removing that by the same logic you also have to remove Blut Vene.
