Kamijou Touma VS Shido Itsuka

Both start at base condition with no equipment,Shido share ability with all other spirits except Kurumi.The battlefield is a metro station,that means flying is impossible.

I have realized that Touma's opponent should be slower if he has to challenge one on one,

So this time,I choose a slower opponent,of course,Shido is not as fast as saints or Spirits in his universe.

But if start with enough distance,I believe Shido would be able to defeat most of saints or lv5s from To Aru.As he can disguise himself with Haniel and find many many ways to play tricks on his opponents,as Natsumi did before.And the Regenerationn from Kotori would make him hard to be killed.

Of course,don't compare Shido with 682 or any Magic God level opponents(although if he collected all Spirits,it seems he may reach that level),but for mid-level,I think that's interesting,He should be weaker than Rensa,as he is much slower and can not reflect attacks,but he can use more than one ability at the same time,and has more tactical choices.What's more,we noticed that he copied Michael with Haniel,that means,He may even use Zafkiel if he want to.

I also consider to start a harem vs battle,as Touma would perform better with high tier teammates.

We don't have a profile for Itsuka Shidou despite him having the powers of known spirits as you say.

Regardless, Shidou (iirc) has little live combat experience and that Touma, once he gets close punches his sword aside, and punches him in the face because Touma does that in-character, and Shidou (iirc) only really attacks in the most straightforward ways.

That's my take, not that this battle will be added.

But Shidou gradually learned to use his power wisely,and with that potential,he would be able to defeat most mid-level characters without much difficult,as he can attack in so many ways including mind control,freeze,change shape,and he can even attempt time stop as he can change Haniel into Zafkiel.And we know,almost all mid-level characters have weaknesses.

Before we say that, we need proof. Has he shown to use the spirit powers anywhere near the same magnitude as when the spirits themselves use it? What has he done to show strategic use of spirit powers? What are the feats he himself has shown? He has potential, but if he has not shown something yet, that potential is not useable in a vs battle.

Regardless, we need a profile for him first before he gets to battle, but I still stand by my statement that Touma will punch his face in.

PS: if shido has the powers of either of his spirit harem members i give him the win, either one can give him the power to stay at long range and wear touma out until eventually defeating him (or use non-supernatural things in order to crush him)...

Create a profile for Shidou would be difficult as his power increase from time to time,with so many different conditions. But Shidou only share part of the power from his harem,so he is not as fast as spirits at most time.Of course,if his power becomes unstable,he would be more powerful than any spirits.
