Can all fiction even activate if Imagine Breaker exists in the same area?
Imagine breaker passively negs all supernatural effects it enters in contact with unless they are constantly being generated in wich case he has to touch the source, a beam attack for example
But All Fiction is less a pinpoint ability and more a entire reality rewrite ability like what he did to the concept of colors that one time
If I recall correctly Touma passively negated time stop at one point, just don't remember where cuz it's been a while

Mental fuckery messes hard with Kumagawa because using all of his minuses are at least thought based, and if he can't think clearly or at all he is done for.

Also All Fiction can only alter things in his line of sight as listed in his profile so a lot of the dragons having illusions, mind manipulation sheer size and a lot of sight effects would be rough on him.
IF the Invisible Thing comes into debate, I don't know that thing is weird af.
But is unlikely since these 2 dragons kinda carry hard and can pretty much solo him cuz no resistance to sight based hypnosis and complete mental control via being stabbed with the feathers
