Has already happened in the series, and I figure a blank room scenario like this would have the same result. World Rejecter erases Imagine Breaker but then Kakeru gets mauled by the Invisible Thing due to the lag between uses. Either he dies or survives long enough for a) Use WR on IB or b) Touma reigns in IT and regrows his arm. In both cases he's likely too injured to face a relatively fresh Touma.

The only thing that bloodlust changes is that Touma will willingly intercept WR with IB to release IT and he won't try to stop it, so it makes the fight shorter.

Kakeru only's chance is catching Touma off-guard with WR, which is unlikely if this is after their first meeting and a possibility if they don't have their current knowledge of each other's ability.
