Plus, 9-A shields that she can use as a last resort

Am pretty sure he's pretty much stomped here. He has nothing to negate and his opponent outstrips him by a lot in CQC, his biggest weakness.

Unfortunate. Thought Touma's precognition and combat skill were a bit better and IT would help. IB should be able to null he control over the aggressor material and mokomoko but that is it

His precog isn't that good against normal humans, and his combat skill isn't impressive when against a martial artist, IT is out of character.

Bruh moment when two of the top characters in the verse would have a hard time against touma and then he just gets stomped by a low tier.

This happens in-verse, he was fighting Othinus no problem after a few trillions of deaths, but can't defeat Motoharu when both are in peak condition.

Well, thats how To Aru works. Touma can beat character with H1C hax but can be defeated by someone who dont use supranatural power.
