since his armor also have ability like genm lv billion tgan can freely set his streght have an armor that let him become the muteki version of zi-o and can change fate and control time
not to mention he stomp swart while swart only have 50% of decade power, anotger decade can still go toe to toe with a full power diend and 50% normel decade without difficulty and tgat is when he is not using any summonning and these summon are stronger than the original
while decade violent is strong he has never shown using any ability of using the final form power like muteki kabuto

when did he kill decade? regardless, pretty much what akreious already said. an ohma zi-o vs any other kamen rider is pretty much asinine at this point as it's literally a match between ohma zi-o + all riders' powers + the rider in question vs the rider in question

it haven't been edit but in the film it said that swart using sougo to destroy the multiverse and sento aka build said in his series that there are countless universe (the same reason why decade is 2-A) so in a sense sougo is 2-A too)WinsonDetamp said:
