Ryuu Terui/Kamen Rider Accel
I have problems with the way Kamen Rider Accel Profile P&A section is being presented.So I made a sandbox to show-case what I have in mind:

In short, I want to make tabbers for each form of Kamen Rider Accel (Civilian, Accel form, Trial form, and Booster form) because each form has it's own perk and difference, notably Trial and Booster. Trial excel in speed and land combat, while Booster in air combat.
Addition
Weapon Mastery (Civilian)
As Police Superintendent for the Fuuto PD, Ryu is proficient in the use of his handgun and as Kamen Rider Accel, proficient in the usage of his sword.
In addition of standard police handgun to standard equipment (as Fuuto Police Superintendent, Ryu carries with him handgun he utilize while not transformed)
Afterimage Creation (Accel Trial)
(His speed consistently shown to leave trail of afterimage behind)
Improved Flight (Accel Booster)
(Using the booster on his back and legs, Kamen Rider Accel Booster form can freely fly in the air)
Kamen Rider Accel Resistance (Civilian)
State by Shroud, a former Gaia memory researcher at Museum (organization specialist in developing Gaia memory and Dopant). That Terui Ryu has special physiology/characteristics that let him resist mental attacks from Dopant.
Age Manipulation Resistance
Fear and Madness Resistance
Terror Dopant Fear and Madness Manipulation make the target of his power. Shake and tremble in fear and madness. Ryu states it has no effect on him, and Terror Dopant acknowledges his special characteristic.Episode 45-46
Life Manipulation, Empathic Manipulation, & Energy Absorption Resistance
Ryuu is stated to resist mental attack from Utopia Dopant. He is shown barely clinging to life because of the special constitution of his body to resist Utopia’s Dopant ability in which to absorb people’s hope and emotion necessary for living. Philips states if he doesn’t resist Dopant mental power, the result would be worse. People like Saeko Sonozaki died to Utopia’s dopant power due to lacking Ryu’s resistance. Episode 48
Note:
Philip have been accepted to have the same resistance to Ryu, albeit only lacking the resistance to Utopia power right now. It was implied in the story that Phillip + Ryu as Kamen Rider W Accel-Cyclone Xtreme is unstoppable by knowldgeable Dopant and Gaia Memory researcher (Shroud), and since Kamen Rider W Xtreme is form that fuse two user into one (body and everything), I think it would be fair to think Phillip would also resist Utopia Dopant power if the above is accepted.
In the last two episode, Utopia Dopant was unable to absorb Phillip hope/emotion.
Edit addition: Since Double are using Extreme Form in the scene, they are one in both bodies and souls, thus it will scale to Shotaro as well.
Utopia Dopant profile would also get updated according to the above if get accepted: Life Manipulation, Empathic Manipulation, and Energy Absorption. The current profile currenty list this power as "Reality warping, Absorption, and Power Absorption" so I want to correct that in this crt for better accuracy.
Kamen Rider Accel Specs
Non-standard breathing type 2
Accel’s Aero Lung let Kamen Rider Accel operate for 15 hours even in oxygen-free space.
Note: I'll add note on the weakness section that Aero Lung can only last 15 hours.
Self-Temperature Manipulation
Accel’s Radiator Lung forcibly inhales air to cool the intense thermal energy generated by Gaia memory. This allows Terui Ryu to operate the body that has become the accelerator without stress.
Purification type 1
Accel Regulator has a filtering function that cleanses the body of any toxins and makes it breathable. The oxygen taken in can be accumulated in large quantities in the thoracic lungs.
Enhanced Sense
Accel’s Protective Frame, This shield protector is the mounting part of the motoshield and has a strength comparable to that of the Gaia shell.
The design is directly connected to the ace feeler, and this part itself also acts as a super sensory organ.
Accel’s Ace Feeler, the huge horns, reminiscent of the shape of an A, act as a transcendental sensory organ, allowing the user to detect even the slightest movement of air 360 degrees around the accelerator, enabling seamless attack and defense.
Accel’s Face Flasher It has dozens of lens-like visual organs arranged in concentric circles, enabling it to achieve a super-human vision of 255 degrees forward and 3.8 (as measured by the Lambertian rings).
It also has an olfactory organ, which enables it to have a sense of smell comparable to that of a dog.
Accel’s Gaia Sonar, is a super-hearing organ that, with adjustment, can achieve very high hearing.
It can distinguish the sound of a falling needle 10 km away and can even distinguish high-frequency sounds inaudible to humans.

- Kamen Rider Accel P&A section overhauled: Creating tabbers for 4 form (Civilian, Accel, Trial, and Booster) (Note: You should check the Sandbox I've prepared)
- Kamen Rider Accel (Civilian) addition : Weapon Mastery, standard police handgun to standard equipment and resistance to: Age, Fear, Madness, Life, Empathic manipulation & Energy Absorption
- Kamen Rider Accel (Accel form) addition : Non-standard breathing (type 2), Purification (type 1), Self Temperature Manipulation, and Enhance Sense
- Kamen Rider Accel (Trial Form) addition : Afterimage Creation
- Kamen Rider Accel (Booster Form) addition : Improved flight.
- Philip & Shotaro get same resistance as Ryu Terui (Kamen Rider Accel) to Utopia Dopant power.
- Utopia Dopant reality warping, absorption and power absorption is changed to Life Manipulation, Empathic Manipulation, & Energy Absorption for reason above.
