Should'nt their Tiers be higher?

Mai (with roughly the same power) was able to go back in time and Kouta was able to fight on pair with Megahex, the entire planet with all its spices living as one.

Kuuga Ultimate/Rising Ultimate and Black have 5-A tier, without even being to do half of the stuff Kouta can.

Kuuga Ultimate's Ultimate Mighty Kick was comfirmed to be able to destroy the world (which most people translated as planet-destroying).I'm currently watching Black and is still at the mid-season so idk Creation King's power.Although I think Gaim should be 5-A too,since he dueled and defeated a Megahex who for who know how long had roamed the universe,consuming planets after planets,a single Megahex could possibly be 5-A.

his range of attack might be universal since he was able to heal a preson at the egae of the universe and he might have faster than light reaction speed since he search the universe in second to find that death planet
