Okay so I am not going to bother with any skill/agility arguments because different mediums and genres effectively, so what counts as better is subjective

I think Ezra should generally win due to overall better stats on top of the ability to amp her speed/damage output
Furthermore, idk if outside not being hit Amazon has much to do against being frozen on hit

The ice gloves are contact based so I don't know how she's gonna get past his spikes.

If she gets into close combat, Omega is gonna bite and rip her flesh, giving him more protein and an AP boost.

Well the spikes can be dealt with any number of ways, the video I was supplied doesn't exactly show them coming out in the blink of an eye. Ezra could dodge them, block them with her weapons or exoskeleton shield, or even just kinda take it given her stamina and the fact that, as noted by her durability, the stronger Vespa wasn't able to quickly take her out with his sword and harpoon despite being able to hack and slash through bears matching her strength just fine. The armor clothes boilerplate stuff still applies to Ezra anyways.

I don't think that biting an enemy with greater reach, greater strength, high mobility, and speed amp gloves is exactly the ideal path to success. Even if he was able to get in and bite down on her, now what? She just holds his head in place, gets a weapon in the other hand, and kills him. She's sustained way worse than a bite without losing a step and she's stronger than him.

havent seen Ezra’s profile yet, but I will say that the spikes aren’t on activation. Both times they were used were when the user was under intense stress. So while Haruka might be able to get them out in the fight, it’s highly unlikely it’ll be within the first 2,3 hell maybe 5 minutes into the fight.

I also will say that if Haruka get’s a bit of protein, his stats Sky rocket. 4 grams had him oneshot people who can oneshot him.

I checked Amazon Omega's and Ezra's pages, as well as the Kamen Rider Physiology page. With that said, I'd say Ezra has the advantage here due to the following:
1) She has the Superior Speed and Lifting Strength
2) She has Forcefield Creation which can block attacks from those with greater strength than her, so Amazon Omega's attacks are unlikely to get through
3)Ezra can either freeze Amazon Omega solid or knock him out using her Pressure Points, thus bypassing Amazon Omega's Regeneration and Immortality

LS advantage is on her side, scarily so, since the difference is huge. Speed amp would have her be 5x faster than Omega in combat.
Overall it would be a problem for him unless he can fire off his spikes, which even then might not do much according to Wokistan's post. The only way he can go over the AP disadvantage is to go for a quick bite at her, but that would leave him susceptible to her attacks.

Actually that would net him enough stress for his spikes to activate and if he has eaten the flesh that has been bitten off, the AP of the spikes would actually become way higher. But being held in place means that he's going to get frozen eventually (judging from the scan is not instantaneous). While he's held in place, being frozen over and attacked, he'd get enough protein to regenerate from it along with being overall quite durable in his own right thanks to his limited reactive evol and damage reduction. With his spikes, he could escape from her grasp thanks to the spikes impaling her and pushing her away from him.

Omega should also have weapons that come out from his driver that can give much needed range away from her fists (which for some reason isn't in his standard equipment section).

But I do think that even if Omega does win, it's going to be high diff on my end. Leaning towards Ezra but not voting yet in case my peers have something to add.
