Ning can oneshot with a gesture and dodges anything he can attempt. If he tries to suck up Ning, the latter can just sever whatever body part is caught or even just spit in another direction and regenerate from that before using thought-based soul destruction.

Kamui is too large for him to just cut out of kakashi was going to use it the gedo statute head which is way larger than a person. Also kamui suriken works like this and with basic knowledge kakashi will know to get his whole body with kamui.
