Kakashi vs Gokudera

That would help Kakashi a hell of a lot more than it would help Gokudera. With that said.
Kakashi doesn't have a way to get past sistema CAI, nor could he tank a direct hit from a storm flame attack.
Hayato's resistance to genjutsu scales to low tier illusionists, so that's not working. And as far as AP goes, Hayato scales a decent amount above a casual 900 megaton feat.
So...yeah...Gokudera wins with low diff. It might be a stomp as I genuinely can't think of a way Kakashi could even harm him. Maybe that headhunter jutsu? (Or whatever it was called in the dub). Or some other kind of weird attack from below. But none of those could put Gokudera down. And once he gets it off, Gokudera would just fly and spam arrows.
This might be a stomp FTR.
