Kaiju No. 10 seems to hold the AP advantage. Optimus is 259 Tons while Base KN10 is scaling much above 550 Tons. He can go into his giant form which increases his strength drastically, allowing him to momentarily incapacitated a person who could overwhelm his base form

His Analytical Prediction and the ability to grow eyes anywhere on his body should allow him to react to Optimus and any surprise attacks much easier than the average person.

It doesn’t help that Optimus’s weakness state that he sometimes like to hold back, which is bad against a guy who will fight with all he got and is much stronger than you

This version of Optimus is normally willing to kill or go all out as long as he's not in a civilian area. So not really needed imo
