Guy only has a slight A.P advantage here with a severe time limit which is a bad match-up against Kaidou’s low-mid regeneration, insane endurance, and precognitive abilities which would allow him to avoid non-aoe attacks. Night Guy can one-shot but Kaidou is likely to respond with his own ultimate which will burn away Guy before he can hit him.
