This one has been bothering me for the past while, especially since it's relatively straightforward and objective.

Kaidou should have Mid regeneration, due to him having recovered from having his brain attacked several times by internal explosions by Luffy using using Ryou, which does this to the inside of opponents.

Also having recovered from having his brain attacked directly by Luffy's Gear 5th Transmutation, and it's important to note that Luffy was using Haki at the time so it's likely that Luffy only turned his skull into rubber while attacking the brain directly with his Haki.

Thus Kaidou should have his regeneration bumped up to Mid.
I think kaido should have resistance to dura neg

Yeah no, even if we were to say that Ryou ignores the bones completely (which I highly doubt), there are still several layers underneath the skull such as the dura mater that protects the brain and gets hit instead of it.
Yeah no, this is completely ignoring the entire purpose of Ryou which is meant to tarter the inner organs. "We can't say it can bypass bone" we absolutely can and this is directly shown with Luffy's example with the tree during the his usage of the ability. Haki flows from the exterior and into the interior before causing detonation.

You can't sit here and argue that his brain wasn't damaged by explosions happening inside his skull along with his brain and skull literally being punched directly.

If it's accepted that Luffy deleted part of his brain, then it's fine
Still this

If there's proof that the brain was actually damaged to the point of wounds, then it's fine

But if the brain (and innards of Kaidou's body, which have proven to be more durable than the average) haven't been damaged to the point of wounds, then nada

I think kaido should have resistance to dura neg
Kaido's internal organs are just as strong and durable as his skin.

Besides, there's no such a thing as "Resistance to Durability Negation" as far as I know.

There is... Or should be...

What type of resistance they have against Durability Negation tho, should be stated on the justification

That justification is literally the same as what everyone already says Kaido has. Might as well
