Sharingan genjutsu doesn't work differently, in the scan you sent jiraiya talks about genjutsu as a whole, if sound genjutsu works differently from occular ones he would've said that to naruto. And because it doesn't work differently and sharingan genjutsu is accepted to work on other people outside of the naruto verse here, tayuya's genjutsu can too

Dude if they’re the same then all the matches with Genjutsu gg need to be redone or something. Just because a wrong has been accepted before doesn’t mean it should be accepted again.

This is something thats gone on for long and on multiple occasions not a one time thing. I doubt the mods would let a problem like this one slide.

I don't think quirks can be equalized which chakra as the power systems have to be similar

Quirks are biological and Chakra is an energy based system, you can't equalize the two

Genjutsu is generally accepted to not work on others if there isn't any verse equalization, the only exception being that of the Sharigan since it just puts that shit inside of you. In terms of Win-Cons, Kabuto's is actually his AP advantage and his ability to look Shigaraki in place. As noted in his big fight with all the heroes, Shigaraki's regeneration can be overtaxed and him knocked out. And Kabuto is much stronger than anything that Shigaraki has been shown to tank, so he'd require much less hits in order to put him out.

Tomura does indeed spam Decay, it is always his first move and he'll continued to do so unless the person can fly.
In which case he won't even bother trying after seeing them fly. Only reason Shigaraki doesn't spam decay is because his opponent can fly (Endeavor), his Quirks are erased (Aizawa), or they were battling in the air (Star). Even in the newest chapter, the first thing Shigaraki does is go to touch the ground.
He will use decay, which spreads like this. And he won't stop using it unless Kabuto resist decay or can fly (Pseudo fly is fine as well), he has no reason to do anything else just because Kabuto jumped. SBA has them starting 4 Kilometers away from each other, via Shigaraki's range and SBA. They'll be in central park as well, a pretty open place with some trees.
Shigaraki would decay the second he can, what would Kabuto do? Note: Shigaraki's body started breaking down over half an hour after he woke up.
Kabuto is High 7-A+, don't know his value but he's at least over 2X stronger than 100% OFA, which a single punch almost torn Shigaraki's jaw off.
A single heavy attack to his head and Shigaraki is dead, since attack over 2X weaker than Kabuto's AP almost ripped his jaw off.
