Juvia is much tougher and stronger, and in addition to being able to change her physiology into water, she can also change the temperature of that water. When they innevitably become... intermingled, what's stopping Juvia from simply heating up to the point that Suigetsu evaporates and she doesn't?

Also, she has experience killing enemies who are also intangible.

Wouldn't really work since Juvia's water body just makes her intangible if he tries. Plus he's 7-C, so nothing would really happen to her if he did somehow connect.

In x792 She specifically scales to Lisanna who is 1/2 as Ajeel and 1st DSM Gray was going to defeat Juvia so she wouldn't fully scale to him anyways, in x793 she had a years worth of Training so she would be at least as strong as the Ikusa calc (1.92 Gigatons)
