This post is about the...well, people who tought they can write an ending better than gege's

And you know,despite my usual spiteful way of arguing (which i've been working on) i actually appreciate people's efforts-people who work hard to make something,even if the desired endproduct is bad/had some negative aspects attached to it I still try to look at the positive side and try to give reasonable constructive criticism because I feel bad for those who actually try their best only to be met with disdain and contempt, that's heartbreaking and i hate it

And while this can be interpreted in other ways, the context here is manga novels jobs etc so take your moral arguments elsewhere

...that being said, this is bad, like isekai slop type of bad, matter of fact even that is kind of insulting the isekai slop, the art is good in some panels but this looks like something a 14 year old wrote because he tought it was cool

I'd want to explain how they can do better but Honestly idk where to even start

well my criticism was a bit harsh but here is an overview of what i feel

the artists seem to have a direction in mind but they don't know how to get there and often rush the character interactions in favor of a "cooler" dialogue that not only falls short since english doesn't seem to be their first language,it also makes characters feel shallow, the plot progression feels nonsensical as well, something that could have easily been fixed if they added more panels for character interactions and gave more life to the characters themselves/ for solidifying each fight happening with a proper demonstration of the course of events that led to the fight itself instead of introducing them and hoping the pre established knowledge over the series fills in the blanks made by the void of not having any semblance of explanation over the rapid fire events happening ever other panel

the fights themselves are kinda bad,the overemphasis on "strength" and "don't understimate me" is just cringe and the dialogues made them sound like third rate villains
the art here is amazing but come on now, "this is not possible?!"??

kashimo was a bum and all but he wasn't like this, the characters were always composed and rational, they fought with what they got and didn't scream their lungs out when an attack somehow didn't work on someone, the power system and the masterful writing and implementation of it made the fights all the more better,the semi complexity of the power system that balances soft and hard elements was one of the major charms jjk had, this chapter not only gave it up it also butchered the characters and made them sound like total idiots



their grasp on the characters isn't the best either, but at least the gojo scenes were somewhat decent, man they need to improve, but let's hope they take this as training at least

Some of ya (not just here) are doing what people did when a chapter dropped and people didn't like what Gege did. Its one chapter, let him cook for now. He got some mistakes yeah, Gege did the same along with John Werry his coconspirator, and people still ate it up after a couple more chapters.

You're def trolling but no, this doesn't deserve any kind of hope. It's not just the writing being trash that is the problem, he is tracing/stealing art of other fans and using AI to create background and change fanarts

Comparing this to any real work is just disrespectful

Doesn't help that especially after Gege's whole note about his own mental health and his regrets on his work. Just the intent behind this is really disrespectful.

i have no idea what this even means, whatever you described happened months ago and i don't remember anything about it, but this implies there is hope for this fanfic, which is arguably true (maybe they can get better, who knows) but it doesn't change the noticeable decrease in quality in every single aspect besides the art, and even that is inconsistent

as far as i can tell at least, this still stands
