True form Sukuna was suffering from same things Meguna undergone there is nothing states he got extra HP after Resurrection.
Meguna already healed his wounds except left eye and hand. He also had more CE than the time he fought Yuta.
True form Sukuna got his eyes and hand back shouldn't be able to Blitz and tank the attack if it didn't amped his physical conditions.
He had high CE but his body was ****** up and he couldn't heal because his RCT was off
He skipped RCT and fixed his body, which is an amp

I think if it had that significant impact it wouldve been stated, what has been stated is that his extra arms and mouth give him an immense advantage

No, the sure hit effects did indeed hit him, but not Sukuna himself but rather Megumi. He literally cannot redirect UV, or use Megumi as a shield here. That's just not how it works as his brain is exposed and so is his own soul.

yea it hit Megumi, but if Megumi wasn't there it would hit Sukuna's soul instead and Sukuna has no way to block it with his own DE essentially.

When the injury is still there, we always see smoke coming off if the user is using RCT, after Kashimo arrived, Sukuna’s hand was still injured and no smoke can be seenSukuna's roasted body was healed offscreen before Maki sneaked on him. He most likely stopped healing the hand because it takes too much effort and time in that scenario for Sukuna because Low RCT output. He was trying to smoke Kashimo with his Cursed tool attack. We see Gojo doing the same stopping RCT and focusing on CT. Against Maki same thing happened. Yuki also had similar experience where her CT output drastically reduced when using RCT.
