It works, though I'm not sure if we accept the side show things, we have specific policies on comics guidebooks, which I admittedly don't know well how are to be applied in this case.

im pretty sure there's evidence in the comics aswell that i could ask him to grab. just that side show was easier to get

Yeah.. we can't use Guidebooks for power scaling but can use it to add abilities.

Scarlet Witch has a broad set of abilities, and without knowing what kind of hexes she was going to cast, I'd keep it as an overall resistance to magic.
