Shigaraki gets another lose on his profile Jotaro can simply time stop immediately when he sees Shigaraki as a threat, and he has higher AP so yeah, this is all in favor of Jotaro. Shigaraki has nothing really useable unless Jotaro just decides not? to use time stop?

Also assuming Jotaro is at his peak or the highest he can go, then he is >>>5.5 tons (I haven’t seen JoJo scaling threads in a bit) meaning it’s likely he just outright one shots Shigaraki

Shiggy has the advantage in having good AOE that's lethal though, Jotaro actually needs to be careful with that, one **** up and he's done for, especially as to make use of his unga bunga, he needs to get within 2 (technically 4) meters of Shig.

I still want to know how this is a fair match. Jotaro holds every advantage against Tomura, especially AP in which it’s entirely possible that Jotaro one shots Shigaraki and oh yeah he can stop time, if he has enough enough time to give a speech about how koichi is a reliable guy, then he has enough time to one shot tomura

Tomura’s win con can’t feasibly happen, jotaro isn’t an idiot, if he sees a MASSIVE WAVE decaying everything it touches, he’s going to stop time, or dodge or literally anything

Talking is a free action, Jotaro has to move from Point A to B still, which in that very scene was a issue, as if he stopped time right away, he might not reach Kira in time.
Though 20m is something Part 3 Jotaro could clear in like 1.5 seconds so it's not that much of an issue.
