Tbh, Jotaro 2-A can erase Spawn from existence with star platinum, and as Spawn can't see Star Platinum neither Damage it, Jotaro would just Stomp.

Speed is equal so Omnipresant means very little.
Even if it won't be 2-A soon, Jotaro's erasure will still be 4D,
Either way, fatehax means Spawn can't really kill Jotaro. But since Spawn resists Time Stop Jotaro will have a hard time landing a hit. Also, Mother of Existance's fatehax is probably way better then Jotaro's.

But spawn stomps anyways due to resisting his everything and oneshotting his 8-C dura. Also soul manipulation.

Jotaro isn't even 2-A, he has a 2-A technique. Even then, he'll get downgraded, so Spawn stomps.
