Josuke vs Giorno

Giorno has no access to Gold Experience Requiem

Both fighters are in character

Random encounter

Giorno does not insult his hair at the beggining of the fight

Round 2

Giorno does insult his hair at the start of the fight

Giorno: Your hair is not as good as mine

Josuke: You are going to play for insulting it!

(Giorno proceeds to be DORADORA'ed)

No kidding, unless Girno knocks him out cold at the start, he will end up insulting Josuke's hair and Josuke would end up winning because he will hit much harder and attack faster

R1:

CD is obviously far stronger and faster than GE, in close combat GE will be DORADORAed,

in mid/long range GE will use his life-giving abilitys in order to create a variety of creatures, the problem is this:

Can CD turn the creates GE created back to "their original state"? i cant imagine a reason for a "no", so i go with a "he can",

and with that i give the win to CD, he would simply evert any of GE's beings back, therefore making them unable to fulfill their orders or force josuke to hit them and gain damage ^_^

if someone can convince me that CD cant counter GEs powers than i would give it to GE, he can create trees around CD, that will cause him to be unable to move, and with enough manipulation of the plants and/or animals he culd even make him unable to defend himself, with that CD will get MUDAMUDAed

R2:

funnily, GE has better chances in this fight, CD will be to angry to think and watch out to his surroundings, at least at the beginning where he is angry,

there the opening for GE will come to attack via small animals, expsecially since GE could create a snake and throw it at CD, and CD punches it because of rage, therefore he will mess himself up,

all in all, far higher chances to win if josuke is in berserk mode ^_^

R1: Can't decide. Thought Crazy Diamond has better stats (in Dura and Power ) than Gold Experience, IMO, it will come first to a battle of wits and tactics between their user (both don't rush in fights and devise plans in advance, in-fight). The in-character part might be in Giorno's advantage because Josuke is really nice and forgiving while Giorno has no mercy (IIRC, Giogio killed all his enemy while Josuke didn't kill a single human).

R2: Giorno. When he is in berserk mode, Josuke tends to be brutal. This is the greatest error one can make against Golden Experience's creatures since the opponent will kill himself and the fact that Giorno is a capable battle-tactician further support this.

Crazy Diamond should be able to negate the creations Gold Experience can create, if he managed to turn Sheer Heart Attack back into a hand the same thing should aply here.

However Josuke has to be 100% aware all the time of what he is punching, since Giorno can make his teeth turn into a jellyfish he can practically coat himself in an armor which would reflect any damage Crazy Diamond would throw at him, forcing him to only revert things back with his punches which would be a major detriment as CD would practically be healing Giorno nonstop.

^with the speed of CDs punches i think he could revert the armor back a lot faster than GE can transform it, one "punch" to turn it back and all the other ones for inflicting damage :D

that is why i said that in close combat CD has a big advantage :)

Not very sure about that to be honest, Gold Experience has been able to fight stands with speed ranking of A and those who scale from it without much issue, such as Black Sabbath and Sticky Fingers and many other stand users I forgot to mention.

There is also Giorno being able to heal himself, which will be very helpful to outlast Josuke in a battle and make him eventually succumb to exhaustion. And if Josuke does get hit a single time from Gold Experience the battle might as well be already over, as Josuke will lose temporal coordination of his body and then be blitzed severely. Chances of this are high as Giorno can lay out traps to limit Crazy Diamond's options of attacking.

^not every A is the same, the chart simply gives a general coordination, the stands of Part 5 usually arent made for h2h fights like star platinum, CD or the world, despite them getting a A in that category

and the traps could be reversed with a single touch of CD, but you are right, a single mistake and GE could touch josuke,

i like how Jojo fights can always go different routes with every changed situation :D

for example, giorno would surely win more times if the fight happens in a place with a lot of stuff, on the other hand on a open place CD would have more wins since the tricking will become a lot harder ^_^

Gold Experience is mostly regarded as a close quarters combat stand, so I think the gap between Josuke and Giorno should not be enough so Josuke would utterly blitz.

The traps can be reversed definately, but how would Josuke know what he is hitting are indeed traps? He has gotten himself in situations where he gets too careless and starts punching without thinking of reprecussion as showhere.

^GE was slower than sticky fingers, while CD was faster than star platinum who was equal or faster than the world,

i know that this doesnt say anything but i would think the gap is a rather big :/

yes, he wouldnt know it, well, it depends on the traps of course but this is always a tricky thing to judge, it always depends on the place they fight against, small rooms with a lot of stuff will support GEs powers while open places will easily help CD :)

either way, i would say josuke wins in a open place like on a street, but if giorno manages to shift the fight indoors than he could chage it into his favor ^_^

Gold Experience is not slower than Sticky Fingers, Giorno even manages tospare him after beating Bruno. Crazy Diamond should have comparable speed to Star Platinum but he is not faster than him, he mentions this during the RHCP fight. The gap is small as.

Depends on the traps? I am not sure what you mean by this point, Giorno often uses deception whilst using his stand power, he makes a fly go into Bruno so he could swat it , reflecting back the damage to him. Unlike Okuyasu, Giorno will not make it obvious as to what his stand does.

Default battleground is in New York Central Park it seems.

^i meant this part http://bato.to/reader#b06efa180bb61d71_6, sticky fingers easily stopped GEs would-be-hits, the times before that giorno was able to catch bruno off-guard, but in direct comparsion sticky fingers was at least equal in speed...

CD is faster, you can see it in the very first fight happening in PArt4, CD overhelmed SP with hard and fast punches forcing jotaro to use time stop :)

i mean that a spider attacking from a tree or a snake attacking wont be really useful, jotaro only needs to push away one of giornos creations and be injured, he will find out that something is wrong, than he would figure out that giorno does something with the living beings, im sure some traps will work better but giorno never showed the ability to create a hugh amount of things into living beings, they mostlikely take to much energy,

and the moment josuke would find out that there are things getting manipulated he will use CD in order to revert it back, than it will become a game where giorno tries to stop josuke from finding him and josuke trying to catch giorno ^_^

Josuke admitting that Jotaro outclasses him in strength, and this is Koichi saying that only Star Platinum would be able to catch up to RHCP (whilst it was underground). I feel that a Star Platinum in his prime would completely demolish Crazy Diamond. Gold Experience and Crazy Diamond should be neck and neck in speed,

Giorno was able to turn each indivual droplet of his blood into ants, so I think Giorno turning multiple things into creations should not be much of a stretch. Josuke will need to hit the creations once, and this would be sufficent enough to kill if not disorientate him enough for Gold Experience to make Josuke lose all temporal coordination therefore bringing in a muda muda rushdown.

^didnt koichis line refer to SPs timestop powers? i thought it would, it makes the most sense, furthermore josuke said "jostaro is stronger than me", that doesnt refer to all stats, SPs timestop powers simply make CD unable to do anything, "stronger overall =/= better in every aspect" :)

and i only mentioned the comparison of GE and sticky fingers in order to show that not every stand could be on the same level as SP or CD if it comes to speed and precision, i would rate GEs physical stats to a similar level as stone free's...

oh, didnt remember that one, but it still seems like giorno needs a lot of energy to create life, therefore he created a lot of really small beings, either way, CD does not need to punch things, he needs to touch it, that means that GE would need to somehow get a hit in or force CD to punch a animal... given josukes personality i dont think he will simply attack a animal that is thrown at him,

but i agree with the "suprise" part, if josuke uses to much force to stop the animals from coming to close he will be unable to defend if giorno starts to attack, but once he survived the suprise attack (which can happen in alot of different ways given how jojo-fights usually happen) giorno would have the biggest disadvantages..

therefore i still go with josuke, but it could go either way ^_^

PS: why are not more people interested in jojo-fights? they belong to the most interesting battles i see in vs threads :(

Koichi said only Star Platinum could keep up with a stand of this speed, which could refer to timestop and it's sheer speed, Josuke's emphasis on "Much Stronger" lead me to believe that this is a case that it's SP>CD not only stats but through timestop.

I think you would need some evidence to prove that Giorno needs a lot of energy to create more life, because there is nothing stopping Giorno from covering his body with flies and using it as a means to gain an advantage in cqc with Crazy Diamond. I think GIorno takes this overall, his stand is far more versatile and through scaling with Sticky Fingers, Black Sabbath and Green Day it should be enough to allow GE to protect itself and dodge CD's attacks.

Also yea JoJo fights are very interesting, as they mostly rely on battle tactics and the actual stand abilities etc, rather than speed and AP

^i think that too, but like i said, overall stronger doesnt automatically mean that he is stronger in every aspect :)

i thought this because he never showed spamming his constructs, yes, no jojo-char does it but his ability would be so difficult to deal with if he would attack his enemy with a swarm of mosquitos, either way lets not forget the manipulation ability of CD, his ability will work on stands too, that means one attack will mutate his body horribly, think about a punch to the arms and causing them to bend back or to turn into fleshy spoons >_<

i would even say they belong to the most interesting fights creatable, usually two people at the same level will simply have people finding one edge that gives the "win", by Jojo characters even koichi could become a potentially haxxed enemy, imagine him hiding and closing in to the enemy (possible if the battlefield is a dense forest), and than he uses freezing on the enemys heart or bones directly... instant death :D

Scenario 1 Josuke wins hands down. Remember the OP said in character, and Giorno stopped using the animal redirection "shields" in favor of using his environment and GE's versatile powers. That being said, anything GE gives life to can be restored back to normal by CD. Even if it is the animal shields, Josuke can still revert them back. Overall, CD has superior stats. It's more powerful, most likely faster (not all A ranks are the same speed like Dio vs Jotaro initially) as CD was faster than Star Platinum and by extension The World, as well as Red Hot Chili Peppers. CD has better precision, range, and durability as well. GE has pretty poor durability, so literally one hit from CD can end the fight. Even if Josuke himself punches GE, Giorno will feel some pain. And CD can fuse Giorno with anything around, or even disfigure him so he's incapacitated. In defense of GE though, it has damaged A Durability stands before, but I don't think that compares to CD. Both fighters are very intelligent. Josuke is a very smart fighter as well, and is an extremely quick thinker. If we give Giorno his life shot ability, that still doesn't mean a definite win as (IIRC) Josuke fought Kira without getting touched.

Scenario 2: Depends. If Giorno and Josuke are right next to each other or anywhere close to Josuke's range, Josuke would probably blitz him as he's bloodlusted. If Giorno isn't KO'd from the DORARARARA barrage, he'll be manipulated to fuse with something else. If Giorno isn't as close or dodges the initial barrage, he would be smart enough to not try to fight him up close and has endless ways to beat a raged out Josuke
