Joker vs Thanos

Yeah, but they don't always hit in the most effective parts of the elephant's body. Depending on where you aim, they can be killed in a single shot.
 
that requires two things 1.) a sufficiently powerful gun, 2.) good aim.

the promblem is jokers gun shouldnt be anywhere near powerful enough, and as far as im aware he isnt all that amazing of a shot and with a giant dino charging at him at top speed shaking the ground with every step his aim goes right down the crapper.
 
I mean if a hunter specifically prepared to kill an elephant can't kill it in a single shot, even while aiming for the head like Bob mentioned, why would Arthur who has zero experience fighting pre historic animals- larger than the elephant- suddenly be able to kill it with a less powerful weapon?
 
Joker has Weapon Mastery and piercing damage makes up for the AP gap.

Also, again, elephants can be killed in a single shot, even with weaker weapons, as long as the bullets hit vital areas. There is no way this thing is walking off six headshots.
 
the recommended gun to kill a elephant in one shot has a minimum muzzle velocity of 2400 ft/s and minimum calibur of .40, joker´s has a muzzle velocity of 1148.29 ft/s and a caliber of .38 at highest. and the dino being bigger would have an even higher minimums.
 
Elephants have been killed with single shots, even using guns and bullets most authorities consider far too weak for the purpose, it all depends on where you shoot. Granted, it is recommended to have more than one bullet if you were to try to kill one, which is why it is a good thing Joker has six (at least, maybe more), is unlikely to miss any due to his Weapon Mastery, and will aim for the head, which is a vital spot.

By SBA, the starting distance is as far away from each other as the highest range of the fighters is, so in this case, tens of meters due to Joker's gun.
 
@Shanks based on SBA they should both be a few metres apart, Fleck has a range of tens of metres, Thanos has "standard melee range" but seeing as it is on average 5-6 metres long it's range should be somewhere there
 
even then the elephants dont always die in one hit and even if the gun is weaker than the recommended it´s still stronger than joker´s and the dino being bigger would need even more powerful guns.
 
Yeah, they don't always die in one shot, and it is recommended to have more than one bullet just in case, which is why it is a good thing that The Joker has at least six, maybe more.
 
ok let me put it this way, a gun more powerful than jokers cant kill an elephant, there is no way a weaker gun can kill a bigger, stronger creature.

He literally had that gun for like, a week, and used it on a total of 3 occasion throughout the entire movie, the first of which was basically an accident, adn the other two were against (kind of) defenseless people.

Weapon mastery is typically given to those who know how to Wield a weapon. But it should be specified on their skills more often. Joker clearly knows how to use his gun, and in a smart way. So no master to say. But should at least said to have some skill
 
Joker's weapon mastery isn't on the same level as God Ussop but it should be noted he is no noob at it despite using it for the first time.
