bro its not even fair, Kakyoin's HG is like 9-A and his only weapon (Emerald Splash) is only 8-C+ while Jotaro is full on High 8-C+ with a mini scaling chain.

Outdated, it's from a time Plat was baseline, so it just downscaled.
But tbh it'd probably still be the same, just shifted the justification to downscaling off Dio instead (wounded his shoulder) as Plat obviously isn't as strong as he is by the end so hurting early Plat is a good feat, but a tad unquantifiable.
