John Constantine VS Ghost Rider

If Constantine didn't have prep, Ghost Rider may have easily killed him. Then again, with one week prep Constantine might actually win this.
My reason is that, Constantine ahs spells and protection magic strong enough to deflect Satan... something Ghost Rider has a problem dealing with. Constantine also has some nifty binding and entrapping curses that are strong enough to bound elementals, demons, angels and even Gods like Kali, so Ghost RIder will be sucked in as well. In the New 52, if Constantine is tricky enough to outwit the frigging Spectre himself with only a minute of prep, then surely he would put down Ghost Rider with 1 week prep.

Well eiven withought prep time john is still very strong but he whould definatly lose but eiven if ghost rider killed him john can bring himself back to life as demostrated in the graphic novel pandemonium were he allowed himself to be killed but later simply resurected himself by exiting the afterlife so there isnt much ghost rider can do here

Win for Constantine. Defeating powerful demons with magical prep-work and trickery is what Constantine does on a weekly basis. He's defeated more powerful and smarter beings in less time. Ghost Rider isn't even supposed to be particularly intelligent and has been shown to be quite easily tricked in the past.
