I had come upon a respect thread that has listed down multiple intelligence feats for Grey Hulk, they will be listed here:

Intimidation

"You wouldn't want me to summon Mr. Fixit, would you?"

• Terrifies the spiritual representation of the evil inside a man
• The mere threat of Fixit makes a man comply with the police rather than risk angering him, despite having multiple guns pointing at him, or having a hostage
• The police are afraid of him
• Merely saying his name terrifies people
• The mere image of him is enough to torment any mortal, according to D'spayre
• Scares D'spayre, in a dream. D'spayre is a faux-god of fear.
• His presence causes multiple women to flee
• Intimidates a young security guard
• Threat of Fixit and Wolverine fighting empties a restaraunt
• Someone noticing him causes a car crash

Strategy

• Uses the fact that he cannot tire, and that he has superior mobility (via digging and jumping) to beat a heavily amped Thing, who was much stronger than him
• Lifts Marvell-Thing into the air by putting his fingers in her mouth
• Sneaks up on a guard
• Sneaking up on Trump and Rick
• Digging underground to surprise men in mech-suits
• Figures out the purpose of a gambler's cheating device
• Tricks Samson into letting his guard down, by making him think he's injured
• Tricks Marvell-Thing into letting her guard down by telling her there's a kid in the car she's holding
• Deduces that Super-Skrull cannot use all of his powers at once, and stabs him
• Would sneak into girls locker rooms if he had invisiblity

I mean, sure... But few problems.

How's tricking someone equal to extraordinary genius? You do realise you can be a supergenius and still prone to Manipulations, right? And a lot of these examples aren't even intelligence related. He is just lying. Look at the captain marvel one.

I took that out, although at the end of the day, even though Joe Fixit needed to learn how to fix the machines, he definitely able to understand how they work through that even calling the process simple

Fixing machine can start at above average, depending on what it is. Wonder Man has gifted for messing around with tech and creating a power null device

If it's basic real world tech, it's average, if it's some space-age tech and NOTED as being difficult to fix, it's above average.

Fixit should get Social Influencing though, it's actually a recurring part of the character. Hell iirc he has Martial Arts and some degree of Weapon Mastery too, right?

Y’know reading the scan, I think it’s not legit.

Fixit COULDN’T fix the machine until he does the weird absorption for Banner, hence it is actually Banner’s feat, not Fixit’s

Still, he needed to be able to understand how to fix the machine from Banner's thoughts, and he did say it was simple to understand

I don’t see why he’d need to though, conceptually both him and Banner are in a fused state.

There are likely other intelligence feats that are sufficient to upgrade Joe to Above Average intelligence. I would appreciate if somebody checks for them.
