Some minor corrections I think should be made, but looks great overall:
Qualifying Power Nullification with 'all abilities' is not consistent since we've seen Innate Techniques being used within Domain Expansions at least three times:
1- Mei Mei using her crow control Innate Technique within the Smallpox Deity's Domain Expansion:
2- Charles Bernard using his future sight Innate Technique inside Kinji Hakari's Domain Expansion:
3- Sukuna using Ten Shadows summoning inside Yorozu's Domain Expansion:
Furthermore, regular Cursed Energy manipulation (which can be interpreted as an ability) is not restricted, especially since Gojo recommended it for Yuji to defend himself inside Domain Expansions.
This can be reconciled with 'The owner's attacks can nullify the opponent's techniques', which would refer to the guaranteed hit being undodgeable regardless of what characters do.

It is said that Domains are weaker from the outside, but it is more accurate to say that Domain barriers are weaker on the outside if they are reinforced from the inside in order to trap those inside it.
The author's clarification extra mentions that the output that gets increased by ^2.5 is "Cursed Energy". This is important because unlike simple multiplication exponents are sensitive to what unit you use and needs to be adjusted; if you use gigatons instead of joules and slap the same exponent you'll get a massive decrease instead of increase for example.
He does it by hijacking Tengen's barrier and using it to strip Yuki's Simple Domain. So it is not something he can do normally.

Looking back at it, it seems more likely that it is due to Kenjaku's Domain Expansion. So I guess it can be mentioned somewhere that a sufficiently strong domain can dismantle a protective barrier within it?
