JJBA possible AP buff

Part 8 Killer Quee scales to Part 4 Killer Quee's speed, but why dosn't Part 4 Killer Queen scale to Part 8 Killer Queen's AP? I can't think of any reason why they wouldn't scale. It seems like a double standard to have the SBR!Verse scale to the J!Verse but not the other way around.

This would effect basically everyone that scales to 8-C since most stands are physically stronger then Killer Queen.

Because Part 8 Killer Queen is much different from his Part 8 counterpart.

Oh yeah, the speed part definitely doesn't make sense there.
