Jill passively precogs the moment they meet, then makes it so that he never met the Brothers.
That, or she passively precogs the moment they meet, then enacts her High 1-B death hax with a thought and he dies of causes that shouldn't have shown up until way into the future. 1440 doesn't get back up again, regardless of the Brothers being there or not.

Dunno for sure, but I doubt it.
Medaka VS Jill seems to be being treated as fair.
1440 VS Medaka was fair enough to be added. And it was agreed there that 1440 is qualitatively far superior to Medaka rather than him winning based on a technicality or an in-character move.
Someone else can make the call if they want. But I'd say it's probably fine.
