Jesse and James are 9-B+ for stopping a Dragonite with frying pan.

However, on this site, you have it at 7-A+, so either upgrade Jesse and James to 1/3 the power of Dragonite and the trainers that scale to him, or downgrade Dragonite and the characters that scales to it to 9-A, or just remove their 9-B+ rating.

They scale to simply stopping the dragonite momentum's, not an actual attack or anything, plus other trainers have tier 9 feats anyway so they would still be wall level.
