This is mostly going to come down to Jenny attempting to outlast Danny, while Danny tries to get his hands on her. She's got the knowledge and counters to potentially pull of a win. I'll try and elaborate when I can.

Jenny's Advantages/Win Cons

Starts out with a higher AP/Durability although not a big advantage given Danny can close that gap, her higher lifting strength will be ever present so she can throw him around with ease. Given she starts with general knowledge on some of his notable abilities, she can use this to her advantage. She can reflect his ghost rays back at him to do actual damage, and outlast him if it came down to it due to her superior stamina. He various visions will make stealth via invisibility useless, and given she's a robot, anything soul/mind based is useless, plus she has alright regeneration.

Danny's Advantages/Win Cons

Can close the gap in power pretty well, his body control, intangibility, regeneration and such make hitting him or even doing actual harm to him nearly impossible. His only real methods of winning are disintegrating Jenny (which will be hard to do given she can reflect to attack or dodge the beams) or possession since he can effect technology and inanimate objects with it. Barriers can be used to block his own attacks that she reflects at him like what happened with Vlad.

My Thoughts/Vote

Danny should win. Effectively, this fight is Jenny using her knowledge, sense, and regeneration to survive against Danny long enough to exhaust him, utilizing her vaste arsenal to keep him constantly using his powers or reflecting his lasers back at him.

However, Danny's general abilities would allow him to keep up and eventually reach the point were he gets powerful/fast enough to overwhelm her. He'll see his punches aren't doing much and that she'll re-attach her limbs if he blows them of, he'll opt for possession and while she knows he has it, trying to avoid contact with Danny will be hard.

General I see Danny eventually tagging Jenny with possession before he loses all his energy.
