Jeff the Killer Combat and Reaction Speed upgrade

So Basically Jeff Punches randy in the chest and causes his heart to stop:

Something inside Jeff snaps. His psyche is destroyed, all rational thinking is gone, all he can do, is kill. He grabs Randy and pile drives him to the ground. He gets on top of him and punches him straight in the heart. The punch causes Randy's heart to stop. As Randy gasps for breath. Jeff hammers down on him.

which fits the description perfectly of a Rare condition called Commotio cordis:

Commotio cordis is an extremely rare condition that can occur when a hard object (such as a baseball or lacrosse ball) hits the chest directly over the heart at a specific time, disrupting the normal heart rhythm and leading to sudden cardiac arrest. Early treatment by CPR and an AED is critical for survival.

and a Punch can do it but it seems to need to be going at 40 miles

So Overall this would Give Jeff Superhuman Combat and Reaction Speed. this would also likely give him pressure points since He would have needed to do it at a certain angle.

I highly doubt this applies to reaction speed, Jeff isn’t necessarily “reacting” to any attacks in this instance.

Feats like this are normally treated as AP I believe since it’s not necessarily indicative of speed and the 40 mile per hour punch thing is contradicted by the fact that 50 joules can be enough to do this with the right technique.

We can’t really put a number on it, nor can we guarantee that Jeff actually threw a punch that fast especially when his best feats are athletic human right now.

I’m a little iffy on this considering that jeff’s rational thinking was gone, AKA, he was completely animalistic at the time, but I’ll see what others think on that part

I'm personally iffy on the pressure point addition as in a previous CRT i've done , punching the heart in such a way wasn't accepted as pressure point sense realistically anyone can do this, it doesn't really require knowledge of pressure point to just punch someone hard in the chest, especially sense the chest is a very common striking area in fist fights

Yeah I was the one that rejected this last time, because Jeff didn't seemingly do it on pourpose. He wasn't thinking "If I hit him right at this angle at this exact moment I'll stop his heart", he did it by accident. He just simply was punching the kid in the chest to try & wound him and just happened to hit him at the exact right time at the exact right angle, this wasn't a planned out move or attack, just something that happened by dumb luck. It's not something he can regularly just throw out in a fight
