Jax Briggs vs. Luke Cage (COMPLETE; 0-7-0)

Jax iis my favortie character from Mortal Kombat but I just don't know if he can win here. His biggest asset here would be his combat skill, having miliitary-grade combat training, but Cage isn't exactly a slouch in that either having been trained by Iron Fist. I'm giving it to Cage, but feintly so.
 
Isn't this kind of a stomp? Iirc Luke's durability is higher than his AP and he upscales greatly from a slightly stronger feat so can Jax even hurt him?
 
I mean I deadass do believe Jax outskills a considerable margin, also I think relevantly he upscales in durability, post-High 8-C+ is him resisting certain death barely.

At best the AP difference is 2x

Wouldn't Jax have an advantage in that his arms generate heat and Cage doesn't resist getting burned?
