Okk. Well, unless Jason can survive getting hit by all of Goku's arsenal though, I think Goku wins with arsenal, though again, Jason survived a bunch of hits from Mortal Kombat characters. Changing vote to Jason.

So, it looks like Jason really does have the AP needed to win after all. Also, I take back what I said about the cracked skull thing. I failed to realize he was High 8-C and not just a regular human.

Pretty sure Goku's AP is very high within the tier. He has a super significant advantage in combat skill and superior range as has been stated above. Even if Jason has a slight AP/Dura advantage (which I mean, he might; I'm unsure), Goku should take this pretty handily.
