SBA says strongest versions used, so Janemba is 3-C.

I still believe that Janemba has the AP advantage, as he was stronger than a Super Saiyan 2 Goku who was so far into 4-A that with one transformation, he became 3-C.
If this is his 4-A version, then he is more likley to use his hax, as the 3-C version is more inclined to use his physical prowess.

Well, SSJ2 Goku scales from Kid Buu's ExaFoe feat, so yeah, Janemba should be pretty close to 3-C even as a 4-A.
