James is causing havoc around the city, suddenly a man in a suit of armour comes and knocks him down. War machine, War machine gets up, james runs a metre away from war machine

War Machine ain't got nothing here. James can use his mind manip to confuse War Machine, who has never really faced similar powers. His biological manip can technically one-shot War Machine by turning him into a mindlss drone, and his immortality (3) and Low-High Regenerationn will be very difficult to get around. Sure, War Machine can fly, but James has throw friggin tanks further than War Machine has proven himself to be accurate with his weapons.

War Machine has also proven himself to be less than useful with his powerful arsenel, as he required multiple blasts to take down Ultron drones and struggled when dealing with those nightmare fuels in Infinity War. He has been shown up by other members of the Avengers on multiple occasions, and was taken down via a single blast with the Mind Stone. He has difficulty fighting solo, normally prefering to work with either Falcon or Iron Man. He is out of his depth here, fighting a powerful enemy alone, a fact that James would be certain to exploit.

James wins via chucking a tank at War Machine.

Actually, War Machine is likely a better 8A then Iron Man

That said, pretty sure the only thing Helker has that's Dangerous is regen.
