Okay. I'm the one who make this page in the first place, and when i'm look at it now, I knows that is very... messed up.

First, he is wall level without any description, he should be Street level as he can take down the whole gang without the uses of his powers, but it is definitely not a Wall level.
His Demon Arms (those two snakes in the screen) can tear down the wall, lift the car and destroys Helicopter, this should be Wall level (or at least Wall level).
His 8-C already has a description, so it's okay, but it should be change into "8-C with his Darklings".
His Black Hole is definitely more powerful than his Darklings of course, but is don't have any proof that he should be High 8-C, so we should put it as Unknown.
Now, to his powers, there is one to add, and one to delete.
He CANNOT create pocket universe, so this should be delete.
He has control over the Otherworld, a pocket reality, so we should delete his Reality Warping in his second key and use Pocket Reality Manipulation instead.
Last, when Jackie dies, the Darkness will resurrect him and sent him back in the past before his dead.
