Speedwagon gets destroyed so hard is not even funny. His danger sensing from people with Shards helps a lot, but Jack Slash by himself is an a damn skilled fighter and used to fighting people merely with increased slashing range. Before Speedwagon even gets close, he just gets cut a few times.

Even with 4 meters, Jack Slash should be able to move his arm faster than Speedwagon can clear 4 meters.

Jack flicks his straight razor and cuts through speedwagon's throat, basically. Jack having more range just helps him more.

It doesn't really need to be, because of blades still mattering here. When he was cutting through concrete or whatever it was was with a claymore or something else similarly large.

Although he was causing quite a lot of carnage with a not sword and slices through people fairly easily in general, so eh.

It should also be noted that speedwagon is seemingly 9-B off of using a hammer, and his durability is blunt force. That doesn't make him knifeproof, and certainly doesn't make things like his eyes knifeproof.

Would you say this is a stomp? If so is there a character from Worm that can have a fair match against Speedwagon? I'm just feel like it could be cool

Jack is probably not that fair, yeah. Worm has a lot of people in tier 9, I'm sure there's someone who works out.

Bambina's thing seems a little outdated. She didn't do much so it wouldn't be too hard for me to fix up her file, but Marquis in a better spot rn because with him it's more how versatile he is with that one power and I have quotes for him available.
