Maybe? Not too sure, I feel as if the fly wouldn't just to that method off the bat

The fly won't be able to kill her, seeing how even a finger flick to her forehead is only enough to knock her down. Incapacitation through tiring her out is the only way it can win.

Alright, this might sound extremely disgusting, but couldn't the fly potentially try to enter her ears and attack her there? If she is already fragile from the outside i imagine going through her "weak points" it might be possible for the fly to hurt her somehow.

And... is this a female housefly? If so she could potentially try to lay her eggs in Izumi since she would be too slow to react and oh god no.

@Bot Except that fly doesn't have much intelligent to think somerhing like that, and speed equalized make Izumi can keep up with fly. She has low stamina but she still just one-shot fly. So she can just slap it and done.

Also, it should be noted that the finger flick come fron Mahiru Inami who is 9-B. And she didn"t really flick as Izumi fainted from tiredness before Mahiru do it.
