Izuku Midoriya vs Underdog

underdog easily,
his AP is at least large building lvl, with the notes that he accidently flew through several buildings and blew away a bank, izuku only comes to such lvls by breaking his body... and that means that 4 attacks wont be useful at all...
to make it worse, underdog can do this stuff: Thunder Roar. True flight, Invisible X-Ray/Heat Vision, Heat Breath,
no idea how thunder roar will look like but heat breath and true flight will be a nasty combination to deal with, underdog only needs to stay away and attack with vision attacks and head breath, to make it worse, thunder roar has according to his profile a range of several miles,
i go with underdog 100/100 times

hmmm, it's tempting to chose underdog due to what greatestsin, but then i noticed underdog clumspy, and that not a very good thing.
I guess i give this to underdog unless somebody can think of something else.
