Izuku Midoriya vs. Sung Jin-Woo (0-5)

Will be hard for Izuku in this fight since Sung has Regenerationn, Poison, Invisibility and is ruthless, he will strike to kill.

Jin-Woo is just better FRA.

Deku is seriously lacking fights where he's not superior in speed and strength.

Almost as bad as Saitama.

Fear hax isnt his first move...
Regardless, Jin Woo is more agile, stealthy and somewhat skilled at this point
To be fair, the reason why most of his hax isn't his first move in battles is because any enemy comparable to him would usually resist it to some degree.

But still a fair point since he would probably assume Deku does as well.

No, it's a hax stomp. In fact, let's say he's bloodlusted and starts the fight with 100%. Jin Woo uses stealth and now Deku is done an arm and loses. They're starting several meters apart from each other, in what scenario does Deku even get relatively close to Jin Woo before he activates literally any of his hax.

Should Deku just fight any 8-C who out haxes him to oblivion because you slap "he can use 100%" on it?

I forgot about stealth.

Yeah, if jin woo uses that right off the gate, which he's done a few times, Deku couldn't really do anything but get hit and try to block.

I'm very interested to know of what scenario Deku wins this fight. He can't hit Jin Woo because he's outmatched in skill and the second Jin Woo thinks he's a threat he gets fear haxed.

Literally the only win condition is if Deku starts bloodlusted and speed is unequal. And then it becomes a stomp in the direct other direction.

Just because he now has an option to one shot Jin Woo, that wouldn't even work because he can't land a hit anyway, doesn't make this match now not a stomp.

Jinwoo's leading move in this key is rushing at his target with the one hit bleeding+paralysis dagger or just invi + slice.

It seems almost stompish so if it's not, voting Jinwoo

Maybe currently it scales over 3.19 tons. That's it though. No where near enough to one shot or damage Jin Woo.

If Deku doesn't use 100% right off the bat, he gets outskilled and hax.

If Deku uses 100% air pressure, Jin Woo survives and uses his hax.

Where is the viable win condition

Not currently. And when the key that enables him to do that is made, he one shots Jin Woo by breathing on him, because that key's air pressure is likely tier 6.

He literally has a 100% rating on his profile right now and it is Low 7-B.

Ok, let's see this using our fav page: Attack Potency.

He doesnt have a calc, he is baseline. And if he was the same then his tier would just be High 8-C
According to page, baseline 8-C is 0.25 Tons.

2.29 tons
Deku's air preassure is 2.29 Tons. According to One-Shot, if the AP difference is 7.5 times, then it is a one-shot.

2.29 Tons is over 7.5 times 0.25 Tons, thus, Deku one-shots with air preassure.

I know what the difference is ionliosite. Saying Jin Woo is baseline is incorrect though, because he just downscales from his amped self. That doesn't make him baseline.
