Considering how cautious Deku is, the fact that Burns would nedd to hit a vital area to kill Deku on the spot, the fact that he'd die from a glancing blow and he likely can't handle his gun's recoil I vote Deku

I would have to see if it's on YouTube. I know one of the episodes plot where he fires his rifle. Just need to find the scene
But it's more the inconsistency of guns. Plus burns inconsistent strength. Really. His weak gag feats are often overused despite they are extreme inconsistencies. Burns is far more Like a just sort of weak old man rather than a frail weak af old man who is overpowered by light and bugs. He consistently can carry stuff like bats. Guns, bowling ball, his rifle, shoot his guns, and other such things far far more consistently. I mean. If he really was weaker than an ant, how does he always carry his gun around (which is confirmed), or if he was really too weak that light can push him around. How does he ever go outside. Or flat out do anything when light exist around him.
Though. I think that should be noted in his page.

He has two keys though him handling all that stuff should belong to his 8C+ key not his 10c key which seems to reflect his weak self

8-C+ represents the time he can take beatings from the cast. Which is within the same level of consistency that he is weak. As he has been hit and injured by several across many episodes. Which is why he gets a vary stat. But 10-C is his weaker side. But we shouldn't use his weakest as being gags and outliers to even his weak strength. He could not exist or live as a character if he was actually weaker than light and an ant. And just by him doing common everyday stuff he does in any episode he shows up in, far counters the haha weaker than an ant joke. A slight breeze of wind can kill him, even though he has taken long falls, heavy winds, and general damage which far exceeds that statement in consistency

He still is 10-C. He just isn't as weak as it's being said. His ant feat shouldn't be taken in account. The page notes his strength is inconsistent and that he can also carry such things like bats, his rifle, and a bowling ball. So it does already make note of that. It's already on his page.

An entire 3 to 4 of them vs his several other listed feats. We shouldn't use the lowest end of his 10-C here.

No. The feats like lifting a tossing a bowling ball, shooting his guns, being in the war where he shot his gun a lot on the battle field. And even normal feats like standing under heavy light and not being overpowered but it (countering his gag feat of it happening), Taken heavy winds and not dying (like the doctor implied he would as a joke), and taken a decent fall and surviving. Being set on fire and surviving. Ect Ect
Well. Seems like he is in line for it. The episode that showed his regen is linked to how hateful he is. His skull and brain was flattened heavily. And just by being a tad hateful, it immediately healed him. And all he did was take a lollipop from a kid (which also was another feat he had to prove he isn't weaker than an ant). So his hateful nature gives him Mid Regen (though hasn't been added yet as talking on a thread about it).

Majority of what you listed is 10B or 10A, taking heavy light or winds are tied to his toon force and don't counter the gags especially since his profile even says he varies based on that and for the record a 10C person shouldn't be able to handle a gun's recoil especially an 8C+ gun

That gun would be extremely fatal even if it hit an arm. Just through the sheer force behind the bullet would tear apart whatever limb or body part it hit, and would send Deku flying too. Even if he somehow survived the shot, the force would knock him down and likely out, and Deku would bleed out in that case

That's under the circumstances that Burns hits Deku, the bullets would punch through his arm but Deku has 8C durability so the gun isn't two tiers above him and again just needs a glancing blow to kill Burns who at most is equivalent to a child (physically)

They both would just need to get that blow in. Cause that blow is all it takes. It's more so who gets it in first. The force and blood that would come from the bullet wound would cause an eventual and quick death. And that's even if he hit the arm. Major arteries in the leg, and in the chest or head would also do it. Most places Burns could shout have the would bleed to death do to sheer force, or just would be plain fatal.

Also just did some checking Homer is at most .8 tons and Deku scales to 1.07 tons

1. Homers feat he scales to is an At Least. Not an At Most. The destruction feat Wiggum survived didnt even hurt him. Entirely unharmed

Deku in his 9A key has .63 ton durability. Scales from Shouji to Ojirou to Kirishima to Bakugo, who is only 1.05 with his best explosions.

I'm not sure tbh. I just remember asking if it would change anything. And they brought up it might make it a stomp. Cause that's some really good regen

I feel burns would still turn into paste once deku hits him
if he had something like Mid-High then yeah he'd recover, but mid regen probably not

Well. If he hits him directly. If Burns just gets caught in the winds of the attack. He could maybe take that. But getting hit by Deku directly would probably do that. Albiet. Being hit by him directly and not having his brains blown out is not too likely (or at least worth a quick rematch to discuss with mid regen)
