Though, I did here this Buzz was in a need for revisions. Given the 8-B calc was nonexistent and the feat looked more like 9-A and his striking strength should be comparable to his durability.

The only way we would get High 2-A Master Hand is if we dive deeper into the lore and say that Master Hand is just a child playing with his toys based on the N64 and Melee games. That or upgrade him to 2-C as it's implied that he has full control of all the Nintendo verse and those that are featured in smash.
