If Stands are considered comparable to Adept powers (Soul/ESP), then Elise has a good way to kill Diavolo and nullify king crimson while killing him with daggers.
Diavolo almost always goes for donuts, which will kill at least one Elise before the remaining one tries to ressurect, and he has done been seen to be able to spam king crimson to get to the two of before donuting, but it should be possible, he *could* break out of the petrification, but in the games, it is almost guaranteed at least one knife is going to hit Gunvolt, and thus would just bbe a matter of time till he succumbs to his wounds. If King Crimson is not nullified by petrification , then its just an incon since Elise can just revive indefinitely aand KC will just block the daggers and other projectiles.
I say Elise will win most encounters by petrifying Diavolo with her stare and nullifying future time skips while she would just kill, specially if the third personality is allowed.
So yeah, vote for Elise.
