Why does Itachi have possibly 7-B rating? Cutting Orochimaru snake or burning Nagato's dog is not city level feat.

He didn't beat Nagato by himself, that was using Totsuka sword. That's not nowhere near enough for 7-B rating.Akuto Sai12 said:

That's still not enough for 7-B, it should be At least 7-C but not more.

That was post 7 tails cloak absorbed Nagato his durability should be city level
