Itachi is considered "Relativistic" however, he does not have any feats to back up that claim. Being stronger than Kisam doesn't necessarily make him faster. Also, neither KCM Naruto or Killer B were attempting to blitz. In fact, Naruto was holding a conversation with Itachi. Lastly, Itachi was shown to be slower than Hebi Sasuke and could barely react to Kirin (natural lighting), which would be lower than Mach 3000. At max, Itachi should be Massively Hypersonic+ not Relativistic.

Can we get an actual calc/power-scaling revaluation on Itachi's speed section?

When He was alive Itachi was sick, going blind, and also holding back.

But after reanimation, all those problems are gone so he is technically stronger, and faster than before cause his alive disabilities are gone. Edo Itachi was also keeping up with EMS Sasuke, who should be able to react to Fourth Raikage more easily than MS Sasuke, so there's that.
