Okay, for starters, Mr.Burns burns fighting something like a venus fly trap means his negative toon force will activate and depict him at his worst, he will be unable to stomp the flytrap and I wouldn't be surprised if just touhing It's insides would make his hand start to root away, not to mention the Plant closing It's mouth should have enough LS to crush Mr.Burns bones

The biggest problem here is that they are at his office so nothig stops Mr.Burns to grab a book and let It fall on the plant, this would help him not be affected by his negative toon force, and considering the plant is immobile I think Mr.Burns ein this mid dificult

He will 100% start by tring to stomp It on crunch It under It's hand only to have this part of his body broken, now with a broken foot or hand he grabs a book and let It fall on the plant

Plant wins if Mr.Burns get's scared of It like when he tried to stomp a ant but seen more likely he will get pissed off and use something else for the job... and uf the plant is on a plant por he can also just trow It into his pit he can activate with a button click on his office

Voting burns(also, I think other "burns vs bugs" should be remade sinse most of thouse just ignored the fact toon force works trough comedy and burns toon force makes him weeker against weeker oponents)

That's actually an advantage for Burns because it closing immediately means he won't get fully caught in its mouth and can escape. Also, how do you bloodlust something that is mindless?
