just because DxD form beat Rizevim doesn't mean he's stronger than beelzebub and sirzech. its like saying Luffy is stronger than Mihawk simply because Luffy beat Moria. Rizevim isn't even part of the top 10 strongest beings in the verse while Sirzechs and beelzebub are, hence you can clearly see that Rizevim is not even close to the level of those 2 considering how true form Sirzech was said to have the ability to easily wreck Hades who's another member of the top 10(Rizevim isn't part of top 10 hence he's weaker than the being Sirzech could easily wreck)

you can clearly see the discrepancy in power between Issei's DxD form and Sirzech's true form. Sirzechs was turning Trihexia to dust with his casual balls of destruction right after Trihexia powered up to the point where DxD Issei's amaterasu wannabe attack was doing literally no damage at all.

DxD form aint stronger than serious beelzebub and true form Sirzech.

Lol. Issei defeat Apophis, who is equal to Prime Ddraig and Prime Ddraig is equal to prime Fenrir who also part of top-10 strongest beings. When Issei fight agains 1/7 Trihexa Core, he was already greatly fatigue and tired from using his strongest attaks (Inifnity Blaster and Infinity Longinus Smasher). The difference between true Sirzechs and DxD G Issei not so large. And Issei Inferno Flame was able to easily turn Trihexa Core into ashes.

did you purposely stop comprehending after Issei turned Trihexia to ashes? sure at first the flame vaped Trihexia, but later on Trihexia's able to resist it to the point "as if nothing has happened" then right after Trihexia resisted it Sirzechs casual vaped it with his casual balls. seriously you're freakign comparing Sirzech's casual balls with Ddraig's Sealed move, and Sirzech's feat was still superior.

issei's feats with Trihexia was nowhere near comparable with Sirzechs, all of Sirzech's casual attacks were vaporizing Trihexia, Issei didn't even come close to that level of damage until Issei used Ddraig's sealed move to turn Trihexia to ashes even then Sirzechs easily surpassed that feat when he threw his casual ball to oblitirate it when Trihexia became reistant with the technique to the point " as if nothing has happened".

you can see the difference in strength right there. Trihexia resisted Ddraig's super sealed move to the point where its not doing damage anymore then right after that what did Sirzechs do? Sirzechs vaped him up with a casual ball.

so what if Ddraig's part of the top 10(never said he isnt), hades' also part of the top 10 and Sirzechs was described to be able to easily stomp Hades. rofl, reading sirzech preventing Hades from touching Issei and his crew was the same as watching a Netorare hentai,

Yes but Core also easily reflected Sirzechs attacks by his aura. Then Sirzechs vaporized Trihexa it was't defend itself. I will repeat again: Issei was greatly Fatigue. Even Sirzechs commented that. Issei at best was on 10-20% from his full powers. And also it was said by Azazel in Volume 21 that Power of Infinity is the strongest power in whole DxD world. There are no way Sirzechs PoD are equal to PoI.

Also as we can know from Vol.23: DxD G from Vol.20 and 21 is still incomplete. All because Ophis was bisected into two parts (Ophis and Lilth). All Issei problems from DxD G is because of this fact. When Ophis and Lilith started to resonate Issei was able to use fullpowered version of that form (stronger than vol.20 and 21). And also Ddraig himself said that DxD G from Vol.21 give good match to Crom Cruach (who surpass Ddraig and Albion in thier prime by vol.23 feats)
