I really don't know here. On one hand, Tony seems to have the better assortment of powers suited for combat. On the other hand, Issei can penetrate any defence. Though I'm leaning more towards Iron Man with the versatility advantage.

Lol, i thought that Tony would try to teach Issei to control his instincts, by making Issei over using his Balance Breaker. Drowning him in a psychological depression of " the man build the armor or the armor build the man".

Issei. Attack reflection would take care of Tony's energy blasts, and he can bypass Tony's forcefields, which gives him the surprise advantage. Stat amplification also helps.

No, because it bypass only forcefields and stuff like that. Durability Negation would mean that if he punches someone who is immensely above him in stats he would harm it.

Thought Tony can also use a sneak attack with his invincibility and illusions creation, and his AI would scan Issei's armor to make a counter.
